Nanowrimo: Day 3/30

So, I found this neat widget on the NaNoWriMo site that auto updates to show my words per day and my total word count and all that fine stuff.

See how I had zero words for day one? That's cause I didn't post til after midnight. Sad beans.

See how I don't have adequate words for any of the first three days yet? That's cause I'm lame. Also sad beans.

However, now that I have the widget in place, I'll likely be updating here less often, because my little widget driven automated system can handle it. Happy beans.

Nanowrimo: Day 1/30

Slow going. I have an idea at least. My word count is currently 689/50000. That's 1.4% complete. Ouch. I'm hoping I can justly blame that on being a noob with a shaky topic and zero plot. I have hockey tomorrow, so I'm not sure I can pick up the pace right away. I hope my weekend is productive.

Can't post anything yet, nothing I have really ends anywhere meaningful. Soon ...
